* Go to its right side pane, under Background Apps, turn on the “Let apps run in the background” option. * Navigate to the Privacy category, and click on the Background apps tab at the left side. * Open the Start menu from your desktop, and click on the Settings icon at the left bottom corner.
The related apps must be running in the background, so its notification can appear in the Action Center. * Under Get notifications from these senders, turn on two options, including Get notifications from apps and other senders, and also Show notifications in action center. * Open Settings app, and click on the System icon > Notifications & actions. Make sure you have turned on in notifications
